Ursula von der Leyen Must Go

The European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen must save us all from the trouble of protesting and shouting on the cold streets for months and just resign already because her end is extremely predictable at this point.

It looked like a strange signing from the beginning as her main “accomplishment” in Germany was bringing German military into ridicule and economical distress [1].

If you look at what she did while in charge of the German Defence Ministry, the strange reality of today’s European Union doesn’t seem to hit you as hard.

The EU was created as an economical zone for European countries that also encouraged liberal thinking for all its members but, firstly, its purpose was to bring more wealth across the continent and improve the member countries both economically and socially.

The EU of today looks like the bizarro world of the original concept. The EU member countries are encouraged to hunt their respective citizens trying to vaccinate them by all means with a vaccine that has never proved its usefulness because dodgy contracts have already been signed for the said vaccine, but I’ll explain that later.

As we speak, the EU is failing miserably at what it promised in the first place: to bring economical wealth to all member countries. A statement to this inability is the country I currently reside in: Romania.

As of today ( 07/11/2022 [2] ), the petrol price in Romania is around 1.52 EUR per liter, very close to France’s 1.58 EUR/l while in Germany you have to pay 1.86 EUR to get a liter of petrol but when you look at the income of each country you’ll have a shock as the gross minimum wage in Romania is around 515 EUR while in France you’ll get 1678 EUR and in Germany 2080 EUR. How are we supposed to live in this country?

So the EU has brought the same prices across the EU zone but not the same salaries which further weaken developing countries rather than helping them.

Also, countless social rights breaches are ignored as the main problem of the EU leaders has become imposing PC ( politically correctness ) ideas across the continent.

Now, the main problem with the PC ideology is that it was designed on the go and it’s constantly changed which makes a very lousy rulebook for the EU member countries to follow.

For a person it isn’t such a big shock to be asked to change the way he/she talks about something or the way he/she relates to other people but for a country this is a massive undertaking as countries need to devise rules and norms their entire population can follow and adhere to.

A country’s rules and norms cannot be changed every other month.

Also, there’s no running away from the fact in a truly liberal country or zone the people should think and decide for themselves if they want to adhere to any new norms or ideology. Any other way is not the democratic and liberal way to accomplish this feat.

The strangest EU attitude of today must be the involvement in the Ukrainian war. I understand that a war at the borders of the EU zone is a risk but taking a side in this conflict is stupid.

Both sides have their skeletons in their respective closets and regardless of what you’ve been told about Ukraine now, there was never a clear and serious intention from the EU member states to include Ukraine into the European Union.

This is a war between two sides outside of the EU zone so the only sensible involvement would have been to give aid to the people affected by this conflict, both Ukrainian and Russian.

This obvious backing of Ukraine strengthens the case for both Russia and China that the EU zone is controlled by the USA as this is the only country that benefits from this conflict so it encourages it.

Also, the strange sanctions imposed to Russia seem to affect the people from the EU more which has already created backlashes as protests rage across Germany [3.1] and Italy has voted for the most right-wing government since World War II [3.2].

These issues threaten to bring the European Union to an early grave and the mind-baffling part is they were completely unnecessary.

This brings me back to Ursula von der Leyen. She did the exact same thing while leading the German Minister of Defence between 2013 and 2019.

While the German military laid in misery she wasted large sums of money into dodgy contracts with outside consultants like McKinsey and Accenture that failed to have a positive impact on the general situation [4].

In 2021, now president of the European Commission, she makes another blunder by repeating the mistakes of the past ( suggesting to me they weren’t mistakes in the first place ) as she refused to disclose her negotiations with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla ( for the miracle COVID-19 vaccine ) that took place at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic [5].

Furthermore, in July 2022 she signed a contract with Azerbaijan for gas deliveries in the latest episode of the fight against the windmills that has become the economical dispute between the EU and Russia [6].

She basically supported the Azeri dictator Ilham Aliev in his latest attack on Armenia that took place just two months later, in September 2022 [7], rightly bringing even more distrust in the European endeavor to economically sanction Russia for their invasion of Ukraine.

As I’ve said before, these sanctions have got nothing to do with the wellbeing of Ukrainians and will further increase the difference between poor people and the rich and between poor EU member countries and the rich ones.

All of this is done, of course, because of greed and incompetence but, in the current context, it threatens to bring the very collapse of the EU.

With all of the above in mind, it is clear von der Leyen is crooked and must go but she’s not the only one that needs to be pointed towards the exit door.

These crooks at the head of all western countries are impossible to reason with. Drastic actions need to be taken to restore sanity and order at the head of the EU and across Europe.

The so-called elite and their paid politicians have no interest whatsoever in respecting human beings and only care about money and influence but this has gone long enough and it has to stop. NOW!

The simplest way out of this edgy situation we’re currently facing is to sack Ursula von der Leyen and the people around her immediately sending the message that corruption and sheer incompetence will not be tolerated at the head of the EU any further.

What do you call a thousand politicians chained together at the bottom of the ocean? A good start.
